Can’t airplay or share synced content

For the past few months, I have no longer been able to airplay synced content from my iphone to my AppleTV. I have an AppleTV installed in my truck and use play synced content from my phone to the AppleTV to avoid streaming. The only way I can get synced content to play through airplay is to turn on mirroring, however the playback stutters at times this way and I cannot use my phone for anything else at the same time.

I have also tried to access the content by sharing the synced content from my iPhone and trying to access through Plex on the AppleTV, but nothing ever plays.

This issue has also made it so that I cannot use my airplay speakers for the audio while using my phone at home.
