Can’t connect over home wifi to server

Hi, I was using plex without problem but suddenly it stops working at my home over wifi. Sever is not available. Server is instaled on Synology NAS.
Remote access enabled. UPnP Setting on. Port forwarded.
Can access server from internet but not at home over wifi.
It is working on PC over Lan cable
It is working on my phone over cellular data but not over wifi at home.
At my second apartman it sometimes work over wifi but rather not.
got this in console when connecting with mobile on wifi: CERT: incomplete TLS handshake from [::ffff:ip of my PC]:43386: Connection reset by peer

Can you post your server logs and a rough time of when you recreate the issue?

I already solved it. I manually specify public port to 32400 in remote access setting and it worked.
