“Can’t connect securely”

I have a brand new Nvidia shield to run the plex server off of but whenever I try to connect it, it will only say that it can’t connect securely and shows a link. I click the link and then it tells me a list of steps to follow.

  1. Sign in to your Plex account in the server.
  2. Go to Settings > Server > Network in the Plex Web App (and toggle the Advanced settings to be visible).
  3. The Secure connections setting can be adjusted there.

I do that but when I goto the settings in plex I do not see a server tab to access.

Why is this?
