Can’t connect to server

Hi there. It’s been a while since I’ve used my Plex account. I reset everything up on my 2015 shield tv and I can not get my Plex media server online. It says something in their web app about “can not connect securely”. I’ve read and tried everything, but I recently found a Reddit thread that said to ask an employee to “reset my server certificate.” Would you do this for me please if you think that this will solve it? If not, I need help. I’ve port forwarded and everything else I can think of. I also need the ability to link the general Plex movies tv etc folders to the ones on an external hard drive that is connected to the shield. I have different names for them. But I can’t get connected.

Not sure if you are still having issues. Your account shows you have a shield server with libraries created. I don’t see anything wrong with your cert which was created yesterday
