Reset server Certificate (Cannot connect securely)

Server Version#: 1.27.2.5929
Player Version#:
The web app complains about no secure connections to the PC
I am able to connect directly via LAN (i.e. to port 3200) and port forwarding is setup.
Also went on several troubleshooting attempts and reinstalled plex a few times.

Plex local Shield client app connects ok, just nothing remote

I understand this could be a certificate issue from plex.tv that needs to be reset to my account, could this be the case? can somone help
