Can’t delete viewed downloaded video files from iPhone

Please advise how to remove viewed content when not connected to the network with the server.

I’ve just tested this from my iPhone with mobile data and WLAN disabled. The Downlads menu in the sidebar allows me to pick from two tabs (Items and Library). I’ve been able to delete the downloaded items from the Items tab just fine (same as when connected)
