It would be most helpful if there was a button to delete a downloaded video that could be accessed from the downloads tab for movies or tv. As it is, I have to go back to movies, find the movie, go into it there, and delete the download. Then I can go back to downloads and watch the next item in there. The interface looks identical in both places with the exception that I can’t delete a download from the downloads section because there is no link.
This is the way it is in iOS. It might be similar on other platforms.
You can delete download items from the Items tab of the downloads section. You can swipe an item / job to the left and click on Delete. IIRC this option is also available from the items context menu.
However you cannot delete the „content“ of those downloads as they’re listed in the Library tab of the downloads section. That’s basically because the Library will display individual shows/seasons/episodes and movies while the Items tab shows what tier you actually downloaded (e.g. a Playlist, an entire show… not individual movies contained in such an item)
