Can´t find media server after unclaiming it

I wanted to claim the server with another account. I order to do this I logged out with this account. But now I can´t find the server with neither of the two accounts to claim it.
I´m running the Server on the QNAP QTS-259 Pro Version 4.2.5
I tried to find the server with the App on iOS, Android, Windows and the WebApp but the server won´t show up.

Thanks for your reply. I deleted the Prenferences.xml file and restarted the server but the media server still won´t show up. Because it´s the server runs on the QNAP i can´t connect with localhost or loopback :neutral:
Any other ideas?
