Can’t recover password … Forgot password don't works

I’ve looked in junk… spam… everything and cant get the system to send me password resets…
https://app.plex.tv/auth/#?resetPassword don’t works

What is the solution ?

I could not see that we send you an email with a password reset?

But just dispatched one, so du check inbox and spam folder again

It’s not for the email of this account.
I created this one for create a message on this forum.
