A plex friend has forgotten his password but the reset option doesn’t send email link… what further options are available to reset it? Thank you 
Often those emails will get filtered and end up in spam folders.
Maybe he has forgotten which email address was connected to the plex account?
Or has even no access to this email address anymore?
Send me the name of the plex account per PM and I can have someone look after the email.
Otto can you help me with a password reset of a friend his account? He is not receiving the password reset email. Also not in spam.

This account’s email cannot be reset because the account itself has been deleted.
We cannot investigate undelivered emails which were sent more than 7 days ago.
Try to request password reset again.
Hotmail is notorious for delaying delivery of emails which come from automated systems.
If you are using Outlook/Hotmail, there is this new(ish) feature which only shows you “relevant” emails. Apparently, Microsoft doesn’t think that Plex emails are relevant. Make sure this “show only relevant emails” filter is disabled when looking for the emails.
Been trying to reset my password because I forgot it and I’m not receiving the password reset email. Please help
