I’ve looked in junk… spam… everything and cant get the system to send me password resets… I’ve had all my family and friends try and not one can get the password… I know the accounts are real cause the system sends me ‘updates and informative newsletters’ on a regular basis…

There are no password reset requests logged for your account. Are you sure you remember the email address asssociated with your plex account correctly?
If you are talking about a different account, then send me the user name or the email address per PM, please.
I am also having difficulties in . receiving the password reset email and have set this account up to comment.

Hello. Im having the same issue @OttoKerner I dont remember my password and never got the reset email (not in junk or blocked either). I had to create a new email address just to post here. I will DM you my email that i need the password reset. It seems many people are having this issue. I tried creating an account but it recognized my email and said it was already taken so I know I have an account. Id be happy resetting the account password or deleting the account and creating it again with the same email.

I changed to the email for me account and made a mistake with the new email. as such, the recovery link does not make it to me. and I forgot my new password and the browser did not same. who can I contact? I just need to change the .com to .me

Thanks! Its weird that it was deleted because i tried a new account with the same email and the system said there was already an existing account with that email. Ill try for password reset now.
After deleting an account, the email address of that account is being held for 30 days. This is shown in the confirmation dialog which pops up upon deleting an account.
Hi, I got the same issue.
I had to format windows, since the recovery link doesn’t work.
It work for other users but not for the server account.
I really don’t know what to do yet.

Of what recovery link are you speaking and how would deleting Windows improve that?

A few day ago I deleting windows and when I install plex server I realise than I forgot my password.
I had try to recover my password using my email and I don’t got the mail.
I try since 2 days and what seem me strange it’s the other email user got the link for reset their password, but mine not. I’m really sorry for my level in english. I hope it’s not to hard to understand what i’m say

Im having the same problem. No email sent to recover my password
I had created a second account to test something on at initial server creation then I choose to delete it since I didn’t need it anymore but I think this have also deleted my main account on which I am a plex lifetime subscriber and my main server too.
I tried to retrieve my password on both accounts but I did not receive any email.
Could you help me?
