Inside a season when I try to scroll thru episodes it crashes. I have to use a different device to pick my episode and then fling it to the tv.
I have the same problem.
I notice when the coding of the episodes is H264 4.0 or above, plex tv will crash when you switch between episodes. H264 3.0 is fine.
I have done following things to.check:
1, play without switching episodes is fine;
2, set to lower code rate won’t help;
3, try different versions of app and sever, app: 9.4.0.33297, 9.4.0.33250, 9.3.0.32977, sever: 1.26.2.5797, 1.25.3.5409, all same problem;
4, try on tv skyworth 65H10 & Mi box, same problem;
5, if you start playing the default episode first, then scroll down to select other episode, its fine.
Can someone help us.
