I recently added a couple more managed users to my plex account. I have a lifetime plex pass. When I click on the ‘set pin’ link for these new users it brings me to the correct page, but no matter what pin I try to set I get the error ‘This pin could not be saved.’ I was able to set pins for the managed users I created a couple months ago, just not for the ones I added in the past week.
Are you using the hosted web app? https://app.plex.tv
Did you disable web browser add-ons?
Same issue here.
I am using the web app, I haven’t seen a way to change or set pins in the iOS app. I tried disabling all browser add-ons and on multiple browsers and was still not able to set the pin.
Login directly with your serverip:32400 or port you’ve set. Works that way

Update i used the server ip: port set for remote http://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx:32400/web/index.html
and it let me change it
