Cannot add Plex Pin for a managed user on my account?

I’m trying to add a Plex Pin to a secondary, managed account I have linked with my Admin account. When I try to do so, it doesn’t have the option.

I used these instructions found on the Plex website:

  1. Browse to the Settings > Plex Home page in the web app.
  2. Highlight the row for the user.
  3. Choose the Edit PIN link.
  4. Either set a new PIN or use the Remove link.

I went on plex.tv to do so. Does anyone have any suggestions on how else to make a pin for this managed user?
