Can’t update album release date: “Your changes could not be saved.”

It looks like this topic was brought up before but I am experiencing now. I tried modifying the year for a particular album and it says I cannot save the changes, as pictured.

If I change the month and year, it appears to save but the shown result is the wrong year, as shown.

If I change it back to 1970-01-01, I am unable to save the changes resulting in the same errror message as the original.

Can you help? I have two albums side by side that were just added that are presenting this issue, but others added today are fine.
