Say i had a domain, if people went to this domain which hosted my plex server. Could they log in on a un connected account to my library and use it?
No. Only people who’ve been granted access.
This isn’t dependent on having a custom domain name. Any Plex server with Remote Access enabled can be accessed from the Internet, whether using a custom domain or not.
But only people who have been granted access can view the media that has been shared with them.
