I have no issues with the new players both for Android and Roku. What I don’t like is having to drill down to get to playlists. This is an issue for me on both of my platforms. I used to be able to get to playlists on the library level… Now playlists have been moved to sub library selections. This is fine… BUT if we still had a top media type of ‘Playlists’, that covered all the playlists (like the previous app did), then its a best-of-both-worlds situation. On the Roku I want to be able to place the ‘Playlists’ media type on the main top banner along with Movies and Shows etc. On the android app, the selection would be at the top of the libraries selection list.
When you describe sub library selections you mean Movies or Music or Videos right? Are the playlists a “Hub” in these sub libraries? I can find my playlists through the search function but not in a Hub on the sub Library. When I do a search I don’t see individual movies only playlists & collections. Do you see individual movies?
