Is there a mailing list for the next UI? Im not thrilled with this windows Vista version of plex, but I hope that the next version might be a windows 7, and would like to get on the mailing list to be notified to check it out.

The unpopular new UI is still being rolled out. Their intent is to put it on all devices, and they are just getting started.
If it was possible to be alerted to the next design change, you would not be getting that news for years. This is the direction of Plex for the foreseeable future.
