Can you connect two WD ex4100 Nas's to one Plex account running on a Mac?

Hi there,

I Currently have a 16 TB, 4 bay western digital ex4100 Nas that I use as my Plex media server. At present my Storage is at capacity and I plan to purchase another ex4100.

My question is, if I was to install the Plex media server application on a Mac mini (for example) could I Therefore link (root) my movies folder to both ex4100 Nas’s, without having to create two separate media servers?

Any insight would be very much appreciated.

Yes, that’s exactly what you should do. When you set up your library, you can add multiple source folders to it. As long as you have those NAS volumes mounted on your Mac you can add them to whatever libraries you create.
