I got a movie I cannot seem to match, I would usually just switch the folder back to legacy mode and select TMDB and that would work but can no longer seem to that.

Looks like this record was only added to TMDb last week. So it might not yet have been ingested into Plex‘s backend.
Switching your entire library to a deprecated legacy agent to accommodate a match shouldn’t be needed. You can also include the IMDb or TMDb reference when manually matching an item using the regular agent… just needs to be ingested by Plex‘s backend.
