I want to match 2 movies with Plex Movie (Legacy) Agent, but I am not able to match. I have also tried with imdb id:
Is there a specific issue with these two movies?
The first is a mini series and therefore won’t match in a “movie” library.
You need to put it into a “tv show” library instead.
The second is a straight-to-video production and will probably only match with the TMDB agent.
tt1299347 works when using the new agent, but fails with the legacy. Not sure why that would happen, unless being a straight-to-video movie is the issue (or it’s just the improved accuracy of the new agent).
the new agent is unfortunately not possible for me as I am not able to add my own agents properly. I already tried to upgrade them, but I am not able to put the custom agent before the new agent.
@OttoKerner are there any plans to allow a proper agent order as it was available with the legacy agent?

If you stay on the old agent, you will have to work around its limitations.
