I’m having an issue getting the EPG to download for my OTA DVR.
What I’m specifically getting from the console is
[Req#506e4] EPG: received HTTP response of 502 from request to https://epg.provider.plex.tv/grid/bulk?channelGridKey=5fc70607d783b6002d7a9672&endDate=2024-08-19&startDate=2024-08-13&X-Plex-Language=en&X-Plex-Token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
It seems that there’s a bad gateway. I’ve tried putting the epg.provider.plex.tv address into a browser (with multiple different network settings) and I get a Bad Gateway Cloudflare page.
So it seems that this is a problem on the provider side, but if anyone has any suggestions for further troubleshooting, I’d love to hear it!
I’m running my Plex Server in a docker on TrueNAS Scale and everything else is working as expected - remote access, meta data updates, I can reach the server from outside my home network.
