Plex will NOT update a URL EPG after newest update

Plex Media Server v1.15.4.993

I’ll keep it simple, my Plex server will not update a EPG via URL.
This URL is local and confirmed working if I CURL the URL manually.

If I download the EPG manually and point Plex towards the local file, it works.

When I press “Refresh Guide”, it jumps straight from 0% -> 100% straight away. It doesn’t even attempt to load the EPG.

All ports are open. Just doesn’t make sense.

I need any ideas/help I can get.

I ended up deleting my DVR and re-adding it to pick up the new guide. Seems like the new version isn’t fully backward compatible with the old guide.
