Cancellled invite now can't invite again

I sent an email with an invite, then I saw the email twice on the invitation list. When I clicked cancel on the top one, it removed the second one too.

Now the link the email recipient got doesn’t work and when I click " Grant Library Access" I get the error “This user is already invited.” but they can’t access.

When I go to “Add Friends” and add the email, it lists the email below with a checkbox, but it won’t let me un-invite and reinvite or do anything whatsoever. When I click “Add Friend” it says “Already Invited” so I’m stuck.

I don’t see them under “View All” Either, so there is no option for me to try that email again.

Simple solution is use another one I know, but the person is not too pc savvy and they woudn’t want to have 2 emails now.

Plex has no option to ask support a question so I’m hoping I can get some guidance here.

The person to whom the invitation was adressed now needs to open the email with the invitation and create his/her Plex account from the link inside.
This will also confirm your invitation.
Only after the conformation of the invitation you will be able to interact further with this person.
