Error inviting existing plex user

Hi -

I’m trying to add a friend who already has a plex account. I’ve gotten two invites to go though, but he never receive ever the email, and gets an error trying to use the invite link I texted him. Subsequent attempts to invite him have resulted in ‘an error has occurred, please try again later’. Anyone had this before? What should I do?

Please PM me the email address of the user you are trying to invite.

This seems to happen to me on every single invite. It’s very annoying.
