I have two Plex accounts. Account A which is @charter.net, I am able to access. Account B which is @gmail.com, I am currently unable to access. I wish to use account B for Plex because I am trying to get away from and hope to close the charter.net email.
If I attempt to sign in to account B, I get “The username or password is incorrect”. Also, after a while another box popped up with “This sign in has expired.” Please help!
have you tried resetting your password for account B?
When I attempt (several different times) password reset, I get to the message that says I should see an email momentarily, but the email never comes. I even waited about 24 hours in case there was some type of temporary lockout, but that made no difference.
any chance the e-mail got filtered out as spam?
Nope, checked the spam folder.
Hopefully, somebody from Plex will see this and help me get back into my account!
