Locked out of Plex Account on Web

(I created this account with a different email address in order to access this forum.)

I am locked out of my Plex account. I waited for over 24 hours after getting locked out and then clicked the Reset link, but I haven’t received an email to reset the password. I confirmed that it is the correct email, because when I try to use it to create a new Plex account, I get an error that an account with that email already exists.

Can someone please advise on how to get access to my account?

Probably a silly question… but did you check the spam folder of your mailbox to see if the e-mail got accidentally sorted out?
