This is not really about remote access.
This is account issue which I performed below operation
I have two account
email 1, and email 2(which signed up with gmail account once, but not really in using)
I buy plex player on IOS with email 1.
And use email 1 as main account before.
But recently 10 years, I use email 2(gmail) as mainly for my internet activity.
I am thinking about buy plex pass.
And prefer to change email 1’s account email address from email 1 to email 2.
So, I performed below operation.
- Tried to change email 1 account’s email to email 2
-> show error that email 2 already related to other account - which could understand. - Sign in with email 2 account, and request delete email 2 account first.
-> Looks like request finished.
But bad things happened.
After above steps, I try to login email 1. It shows id password not correct error, but even I request reset password, can’t receive reset email.
Then I tried to sign in with email 2(which should be deleted) - it shows related to other account.
And I tried to use email 2 to sign up a new account - it shows related to another account.
Now my two accounts both can’t sign in and sign up.
Really not any things I can do - and can’t ask support to help.
And I sign up a new account and try to ask help here.
