So yes I’m very new to plex… say a day old. I’m coming from subsonic which I think was more straight forward, bought flexpass thinking I was done, only to find out I still have to buy apps which did disappoint me but OK… set it up on my windows server 2016 which runs 24/7 so far so good was able to access files after setup…great. so after being side swiped decided to buy the android app just to test all worked well, today I want to go in and setup user accounts because I don’t need my kids having my passwords and deleting stuff, I try to log in and I keep getting web page cannot be found. exactly this message: http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html?newauth=true?newauth=true, yes I’m not new to forums but search did not show anything relevant, tried google no luck. I think the fact you have to use your email password does not sit well with me either since companies keep getting hacked and losing data. Thanks for any help in advance. Seems like a good service epically since it works on xbox but I’m on the fence now weather to go back to the other guy.
Edit the above is using my server that plex is installed on not remotely, and I’m simply trying to access my dashboard
