Cannot Access Plex remotely or locally

Long time user but rarely come to the forums so hopefully you guys can help me out again. A few hours ago, we were watching a movie through Plex on our Apple TV when the server disconnected. I checked my NAS (Synology DS-918+) and the server was still on. I logged into the NAS through my wired laptop and made sure Plex was still running. I am able to see all my folders on the laptop and made sure server can be accessed remotely. but through WiFi to the Apple TV it says its not connected. I deleted the app and reinstalled but still have the same problem. I tried it on my phone on cell data and it still says the server is unavailable. We have been staying in an Air B&B the past few days and hadn’t had a problem until now. Any idea why this is happening?
