I was forwarded to the contact page by the discobot.
I cannot access my dad’s Plex media server. I used my computer’s app, Roku app on my TV and logged into the web. Nothing works. I have uninstalled and re-installed. My dad deleted my account and then sent me a new invite. Nothing works.
I looked through the forum, online in different searches and cannot find anything that would help. I called our local internet provider and they stated nothing is wrong on their end.
My aunt in a different state/city still has access so it seems to be a localized issue.
I asked the discobot but it could not help. Can you give any suggestions?
