Plex Server says I don't have access to the server

Server Version#: 1.26.1?
Player Version#: Played on a Roku

I did an initial install of Plex Media Server and granted access to the drive my movies are housed on. Everything went fine. I was able to see all the movies and we watched one without issue. Now when I try to access my movies both the Roku and Plex Media Server say that I do not have access to the server, which means I cannot access my movies. I have tried searching all over Plex Media Server but there is not a single option I can find about access to my media drive. I can see under Authorized Devices that my PC is listed as an authorized device but that’s all I can do is look at it or delete it.

I tried going through the help stuff and all I could find was a suggestion to log out and back in, which didn’t fix the issue. Not sure what else to do here.
