installed latest server after uninstalling an older one. server can be seen by networked tvs etc and can view old content from previous setup. When trying to access the server via the local machine web page on prt 32400 it cannot find the server “looking for server” continuously. in the settings there is no server entry just the web client settings. Help document does not address this ? Where to from here ?
Use either Chrome or Firefox.
Edge won’t work.
chrome firefox and edge all dont work. None of them detect the server even though it is clearly running.
figured it out . i must have two plex accounts using different emails . when i logged the client in using the other account i could then see the server. however it would have been useful if the client had allowed me to see the server so that i could change the server login. this would have avoiuded the confusion
