Server unavailable locally

I’ve encountered an issue where I can’t access my Plex Media Server locally via [127.0.0.1:32400/web], even though I’m logged in and it’s accessible within my local network (using 192.168.1.100:32400/web). Unfortunately, the Plex app for Windows isn’t able to connect either. My Plex Media Server runs on Windows Server 2021.

Any assistance would be apricated .
