Cannot access server through app.plex.tv

Server Version#:1.23.6.4881
Player Version#:4.63.0

Hi

I can access my server through Android app and IOS app but not through the web app. Any ideas?

I have logged out from web app and in again - i just get the “no content available” screen.

I am working on my home network only, not remote access.

Are you still observing this issue? Can you please provide your Plex Media Server Logs | Plex Support?

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. There has been an update between your reported issue and this reply. Are you still observing the issue? Have you not claimed your server?

Yes still cannot access my Plex server through the web app. The server is claimed. Works fine directly to apps on my phone, iPad and Firestick, all on my local network

I tested today [28/12/2021] and now the links are working fine again.
Btw, i dont know whats happened exactly. :roll_eyes:

Can you please confirm the state of the following settings?

Settings / Server / General / “Push Notifications”
Settings / Server / Network (with Show Advance) / “Webhooks”

Are they checked or unchecked?
