Cannot Add ErsatzTV or DizqueTV XMLTV EPG

I am having an issue with adding XMLTV EPG using both ErsatzTV and DizqueTV. I have used DizqueTV before and it was setup fine, but maybe that old setup is causing a problem. It is able to find the tuner just fine, but when I go to add the .xml URL it shows invalid or missing file. I looked at the logs and I’m seeing http 200s, but it does appear that it is able to see that url. I tried the same setup for ErsatzTV on Jellyfin just to see if there was an issue with ErsatzTV and it worked fine. I tried removing entries from the media_provider_resources table, but that did not fix my issue. Let me know if other logs are needed. Thanks in advance!

Is Plex running in a docker? Make sure it has access to that path.
