Cannot add movie poster

Player on Windows 10, server on QNAP NAS.

  1. If a movie cannot be matched, I am unable to add a poster using URL or drag and drop. However, I can save image to my laptop and add using “choose an image”.

  2. If I select “choose an image” but decide to close the Window without choosing a file I am unable to close the Open window using Cancel or the “X”. I have to use Alt-F4.

Known issue. Use the hosted web app as a workaround for uploading posters.

Better alternative: put the poster beside the video file. Suitably named of course. Thus ensuring you have it always available if the need arises to rebuild your library.
