Unable to add an image for movie poster since last update

Since the last update I am no longer able to add my own poster for a movie. Worked prior to the update, but now just shows a clip from the movie as the cover art. Version 1.9.2.4285

Attaching the logs. Still error when trying to upload my own image.

I can’t find that movie in any of your scanner logs…
All of your scanner logs are no more than 35kb - that seems odd…

I smell a rat so let’s call in some Log Doctors - @OttoKerner / @astrofisher

and while we wait - are you sure you have Local Media Assets enabled (checked) in all your Movie Agent Lists?

Your logs are looking good so far.
Exemplary file naming.
(And there are plenty of movies in there, @JuiceWSA Just try the Plex Media Scanner.log )

But I think the malfunctioning of the ‘upload’ box has more to do with the web app than the server.
The logs for that need to be activated under Settings - Web - Debug
enable them, then edit a movie and try to upload a poster
then immediately fetch the logs and save them

I do see that you already have poster.jpg files beside your video files.
If you have the Local Media Assets agent activated, these should get picked up by Plex, ready to be selected when you ‘edit’ a movie.

See if ‘Local Media Assets’ has a checkbox in front of it under
Settings - Server - Movies - Plex Movie
and
Settings - Server - Movies - TheMovieDatabase
and
Settings - Server - Movies - Personal Media

Just make sure that the line ‘Local Media Assets’ is the lowest of all lines with a checkbox.

That’s the only one I look at - the log file sizes seemed small to me, but there are plenty of movies all named well - or I would have scolded him… lol

Yep.
