Cannot add server or library or folder location

I’ve searched and searched. I’ve installed plex play and media server, do not have plex pass

my display looks nothing like those i have seen in discussions
Player spins and spins trying to find serve. along left are

Tidal
News
podcasts
webshows

Nothing else

in Setup on left shows

account
online media servers
authorized devices
webhooks
home users
sharing
General
quality
player

under none of those options is there any where to select or add libraries or locations

Under Plex Media Server which i have to login to webpage along left for settings shows

on the home screen for media server it shows on left

when i select your media it shows a screen add your media to Plex and then has a button to get Plex media server ( I already have and that is what i am in trying to add media.

It means that the web app couldn’t get a connection to your plex server.
They are technically separate components.

It appears your server is not signed into your plex account.
maybe it is already signed into an other account? This happens often if it was already installed on this computer before, but the used account credentials were forgotten.

Use this procedure to clear out the old account info for plex server from your system.
Make sure to follow all the steps exactly.

Ok that seemed to do something

So when i open media server now it has name of my computer and movies library and tv shows library

But when i select my computer name it says server is unclaimed and not secure

But under setting tab there is a green lock that says secure

What do i do?

Then something went wrong while communicating with plex.tv
And is frequently due to antivirus software or firewalls or the DNS service used in your network.
Are you using any 3rd-party antivirus software/firewall software?
Disable it temporarily, then try to claim the server.

Any fancy DNS solutions like Pi-hole etc?

Ok so i turned off anti virus seemed to claim
But now whem i select say my movies library it says unexpected error loading

Maybe it is just because library needs to be scanned and updated

Do i know anything about github kodi and google assistant?

Ultimately i want to be able to use google assisyant to watch or listen to movies music pics any any of my speakers or decices

Im not expert and infact am not knowledgable and not sure the best way to acheive that

Sorry, I don’t think this has ever been attempted. And AFAIK the Kodi add-in never was written with speech control in mind.
