Cannot add server

Plex was acting up. In my troubleshooting, I removed it and was going to put it back. I removed it from my computer and from my account. However, I can’t seem to find an option to authorize it to reconnect to my account. I even tried a new account just to see but no server option. I’m used to seeing a window that prompts me to name it and connect it.
