Unable to Connect Sever

Plex is not connecting to my server? I have tried to redownload the sever, and went though the steps to try to connected it. This is what it says on plex using my windows computer web. “Unable to connect to “DESKTOP-J2MKOID” securely”. I have removed the server multiple time’s trying to get it to connect. It will connect to the app for plex on my desktop which is running windows. I can’t use my settings to go onto the remote acess to control anything. It keeps asking me to download a server over again.

Ex: app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “DESKTOP-J2MKOID” securely

Server Version#: 64-bit Intel or AMD processors
Player Version#: Windows
