Whenever I try to change the Agent/Scanner and click save, it prompts me to update my library, I do this and then I go back and it shows that I am still using the same Plex Agent and Scanner and not the TV Database one. Any help would be great on this 
What exactly are you trying to achieve?
Those legacy agents are about to be sunset by Plex, they’ve already been removed from the SHIELD server with the latest release.
If you’re using a legacy agent, Plex will keep asking you to upgrade the library – which means it’ll migrate to the current-generation Plex Movie agent.
Once a library has been created as a “Movies”-type of library, you cannot turn it into a “TV Show” (i.e. series) type of library by switching agents.
You will have to remove and recreate the library, this time selecting the right type from the beginning.
