Transition Library from "Plex Movie (Legacy)" to new "Plex Movie" Agent?

Any suggestions on converting a library from one agent to another? I’m really liking the new Plex Movie agent, but noticed that duplicate matches using the new Plex Movie agent do not merge with the same item originally matched using the previous “Plex Movie (Legacy)”, creating two instances of the same item.

Hence, I’d like to move the items in the library to the new Plex Movie agent. Any suggestions on how to do this? Would a “Refresh All Metadata” do it?
