Cannot change visibiliy for a Library on Home screen

I’ve been playing around with a second Plex account I set up to see how things appear to an external user I add to my server. I pinned a couple TV Libraries on the (tester) home screen, but I noticed only shows from one library were appearing on the “Recently Added” hub. Checking the library settings on Manage > Libraries and the “Manage Recommendations” section I realized the library was not set to display on “Home” or “Friends Home”, unlike other libraries on my server.

The problem is – I can’t change it. I can check the boxes to add to to the home screen, but the settings keep resetting back to how they were before when I navigate away. It’s not saving my change, I’ve tried both the hosted web app, and local server Plex app, also tried on MS Edge just now (usually use Firefox). No difference. I’ve also shut down and restarted the server process.

Okay, I’ve figured it out. I went into the three-dots menu on the library on the sidebar and Manage Library > Edit and the Advanced area. I had the Visibility setting there set to exclude from the home screen, and when I changed it there to allow visibility then I was able to change the options in the Manage Recommendations section and have them stick. So I guess this library option supersedes and options on the Server Settings pages.
