Cannot currently claim plex server. Please help.

Tag post with relevant server OS, provide more details, as well as upload logs right after you tried

Windows 10 Pro.
Plex been working fine on this server until this morning
saw a problem with the user associated with this (our), server, logged out,
and then when click on ”Claim this server” it tries to pull
up a web page but the web page never responds.
If you tell me where the logs are you need I will send
them.
I am the main user on the account and the admin for the
server.
