Cannot claim server on windows

Hi all,
I have problems with cliam a server on windows. I tried:

  • cleaning the registry;
  • reinstalling the server completely with registry cleaning;
  • changing the password from the account;
  • declare the server using POST requests.
    nothing helps.

Use the tool from Method 1 in here: You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry
Then post the log messages from the left side if it still fails.

Is the date and time set correctly on your server machine?
Are you running a 3rd-party anti virus or firewall software?

the time and date are correct. And which URL is being accessed and which ip address should correspond to it. Yesterday there was a strange situation when the plex website.the tv did not open, because an incorrect certificate was pulled up

Ive been running plex servers for about 10 years and I cant reclaim my servers either . I have like 100 issues since they leaked my password a couple of adys ago. Cant login at some places from som places cant log out dito, cant reach servers from different players 80% of the time and Icant reclaim any of my servers even though Ive tried everything and reinstalled entire systems. Plex does not even reply to me about his. I think they are lying about the extent of the breach to their security and I fear for my own.

The provider has some problems with DNS. After I manually registered all the addresses of all the services, everything worked.

You might as well switch from your ISP’s DNS server to the public one from Google. 8.8.8.8
Is probably easier and will continue to work if those IPs change eventually.
