Cannot claim server

Hi,

I’ve reinstall the Plex server and when install finished. After login, it shows ‘This server is unclaimed and not secure’ so I tried to claim the server but it is not allowed me to do it. I have reinstalled Plex server several times but this problem is not fixed.

So I check from website login, it has no local server shows. Could someone advise me how to fix this?

Access via http://127.0.0.1:32400/web. Most computers use IPv6 when you specify localhost while others do not have it defined at all.
Also, sign your browser into your account. You cannot claim a server when you have no authentication credentials yourself .
