This server is unclaimed and not secure... what is the fix?

Over the weekend I changed ISP’d that gave me a new modem so I had to rebuild my network. Now I get this message I just can’t find an answer to. I find plenty of question around the topic but still cant an answer.

I click on “claim” and it blinks and does nothing.

have tried using a web browser and go to http://localserver:32400/web to claim/sign-in rather than using the desktop app?

I have tried via the browser and the mac and windows app. No luck

I deleted and reinstalled the app off the nas but no luck.

is it a configuration issue or some information assigned to my log in hosted by plex?

From the above link provided, I would sign out of plex and sign back in then try to claim the server.

I have tried that. Does Not work. Very disheartening. What else can I do? suggestions please
