Unable to claim server after reinstall

Server OS is Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS
PMS version is 1.23.6.4881-e2e58f321

So a few days ago suddenly I could no longer play any media files at all, tried everything but in the end figured a cleanout and reinstall was in order, followed the uninstall directions from plex site, then reinstalled with the latest version.

Now I’ve reinstalled I can’t claim the server. I’m using SSH tunnel to connect to 127.0.0.1:32400, if I check 127.0.0.1:32400/identity shows claimed=“0”.
If I go to the page in a browser all I get is the plex home page.

I’ve tried using the ClaimIt script, which returns
“Fatal error happened
HTTP returned Status 401”

I’ve logged into my account on the plex site, unauthorized every single server, app, browser, everything, and repeated all the processes, to the same effect. I’ve also tried incognito mode and 3 separate browsers, I’m getting no where with it.

I’ll attach the logs, hopefully someone can give me some assistance in solving this one.

I solved it. It wanted me to claim on an IP which I wasn’t even aware this server had, once changing the SSH tunnel to that local IP it then allowed me to claim it.
