Cannot connect after upgrading to 1.18

OK I guess I will bite the bullet and start recreating everything from scratch. I made the mistake of following this thread Plex Server update 1.18.0.1892 fails to start - #2 by tootsmcgee and not realizing that it was Synology-specific and uninstalled. When I started the uninstall process, it took over an hr, and I my thought was that it crashed/hanged, which is why I restarted.

I followed nibbles instructions and tried to locate if there was a database backup – that didn’t appear to be the case. There were no additional databases with dates in the filename like nibbles had.

Thanks for the future reference. Hopefully I won’t need to use it, but will try to keep in mind.

Thank you nibbles and dane22 for trying to help me resolve this issue. Now back to months of fine tuning this collection again. :frowning:
